Introduction and Accepting the Terms

Welcome to Rulo! These Terms of Service ("Terms"), which include and hereby incorporate the Privacy Policy at https://rulochat.com/privacy ("Privacy Policy"), are a legal agreement between Lowcode Garage, LLC (referred to as "Lowcode Garage," "the Company," "us," "our," or "we") and you ("you" or "your").

Rulo ("Rulo," "App," or "Service") is a community social app developed and operated by Lowcode Garage, LLC. By using or accessing Rulo via the mobile application (the "App") or the website located at https://rulochat.com (the "Site"), which are collectively referred to as the "Service," you agree (i) that you are 13 years of age or older, (ii) if you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction or over, that you have read, understood, and accept to be bound by the Terms, and (iii) if you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that your legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms.

We are constantly improving Rulo, so these Terms may change along with the Service. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., by posting a notice in the App, sending an email, or other means).

If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using Rulo. Continued use after changes are effective means you agree to the updated Terms.

Rights to Use the Service

Rulo provides social, messaging, and community tools. The Service may also allow you to pay for premium features or participate in community-led activities.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Lowcode Garage grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use and access Rulo for your personal, non-commercial use, unless we agree in writing to commercial use.

You agree not to (and not to attempt to):

1. Use Rulo outside of what is permitted by these Terms.
2. Copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, publicly perform, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the Service or its code.
3. Use data mining, bots, or scraping tools on the Service.

We may suspend or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) at any time without notice.

Your Account

You are responsible for your account credentials, activity, and keeping your details up to date. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at hello@lowcodegarage.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms without prior notice.

Communications

By using Rulo, you agree to receive communications from us (email, text, push notifications, or in-app messages). These communications satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be "in writing."

You may use Rulo to message other users, but you may not send spam or unsolicited marketing.

Payment

Many features of Rulo are free. Some features may require payment. If fees are introduced or changed, we will notify you in advance.

All payments (e.g., subscriptions, community dues) are processed through third-party payment providers. Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to these Terms and any applicable community policies.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in Rulo (excluding Your Content) are owned by Lowcode Garage or its licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit Rulo's materials without our written consent.

Your Content

Any content you upload (chat messages, images, event posts, etc.) remains yours. However, by using Rulo you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content as needed to operate the Service.

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Rules of Conduct

When using Rulo, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Post illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
• Spread malware or attempt to hack the Service.
• Attempt to obtain passwords or personal information.
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct.
• Violate applicable laws.

We reserve the right to determine violations and take action, including suspending or terminating accounts.

Feedback

We welcome feedback, but by submitting it you grant us a license to use it without obligation or compensation.

Third-Party Content

Rulo may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, links, or other integrations). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

User Disputes

You are solely responsible for interactions with other Rulo users. While we may moderate, we are not liable for disputes.

Copyright

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on Rulo, please contact hello@lowcodegarage.com in accordance with the DMCA process.

Termination

You may terminate your account anytime by contacting hello@lowcodegarage.com. We may also terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Rulo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages beyond the greater of (a) what you paid in the last three months, or (b) $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lowcode Garage from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your content.

Dispute Resolution & Class Waiver (U.S. Residents)

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (except certain IP claims). You waive your right to participate in class actions.

International Use & Export

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and export controls when using Rulo.

iOS Applications

If you use Rulo on iOS, you acknowledge Apple is not responsible for the App and that these Terms govern your use.

General

• Governing Law: New York law governs these Terms.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms are the full agreement between you and Lowcode Garage, LLC.
• Severability & Waiver: If one provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights; we may.
